We recommend the following minimum hardware for proper operation.
- RAM 4 GB (32 bit), 6Gb (64 bit)
- 64 bit Quad core and 16GB RAM recommended for HTS applications
- Hard disk space 2 GB

This section lists the required and optional software in order to operate Morphit properly.

- Virtualised installations on any VMware supported OS
- RedHat Enterprise Server 7 &8 64 bit (or Centos) Linux, Oracle Linux 7 & 8
- 2 GHz or higher Pentium IV processor (quad core recommended)
- 4096 Megabytes (MB) of RAM (recommend 8 GB)
- 40 GB of free hard disk space
- RDBMS Oracle 11g (min XE) or later (not 21c)
