Automation for Screening
During Medium and Highthroughput screening stacks of plates are often loaded and left to run for extended periods of time. Readers are configured to write data to files on network or local drives. BioRails HTS is designed to support automation of the data processing needs for these types of experiments.

BioRails HTS is made up of two components:
A windows service that is designed to run on a server
A client for setting up and monitoring progress of a run.
Automated data loading
BioRails HTS can be used to automate data loading to any task in BioRails. This can include:
Data and images: Load raw or processed data values from other systems or direct from instruments including images and other graphical results
Data migration: It can be used to migrate results from legacy databases into BioRails
CRO data: Automate loading of results from CROs
