Support portal

BioRails support is facilitated using the BioRails enterprise support portal, which provides dedicated support for enterprise customers. 

This portal provides the latest information related to BioRails including

  • Product roadmap
  • Bug and issue tracking and reporting
  • Product enhancement requests
  • Feature descriptions
  • Help documentation 

Registered customers can report support issues and exchange information with BioRails support staff. The support portal provides access to the latest BioRails releases, project objectives, requirements and feature descriptions.

Enteprise BioRails customers can report support issues and track progress from first report to delivery.
